Here at Toucan Computing, we always recommend that schools have at least one backup of student data – ideally, more. Managing and monitoring these backups, keeping track of different files and remembering exactly when the last backup took place can, however, be onerous and time-consuming.

This means that student data will be backed up both in school on a local drive, and also securely away from school on remote Cloud servers, so you know that even if the worst happens, you won’t lose anything.
With Cloud backup, files are backed up automatically and continuously whenever you’re connected to the internet, so you don’t need to worry about when or how to start a backup; it all just happens. Cloud backup also makes ongoing management and restoration simple; if anything should happen to your data the backed up files can easily be found and restored.
